Day 1

Sunday's are a good day to get prepared for the week. I usually put a weekly menu together on Sunday mornings, which then follows up with a trip to the co-op. Making a weekly menu will help you with time and also money.  This week menu consists of:

Sunday- Vegetable Lasagna (Fresh Homemade pasta, homemade ricotta cheese, and of course vegetables)

Monday- Roasted Fennel Chicken with homemade Gnocchi and roasted cauliflower

Tuesday- Chicken Pot Pie

Wednesday- Spaghetti and meatballs

Thursday-  Clam Chowder with BLT

Friday- Homemade veggie burger with roasted red potatoes

Saturday- Oxtail with Mashed Potatoes and braised cabbage
